When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

How long does delivery take?

U.S. delivery is estimated at 10–20 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak seasons.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship primarily to the United States. If your location isn’t available at checkout, please contact us.

Do I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

International shipments may be subject to customs duties/taxes. These fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before the order ships, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.

My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it—what should I do?
